• Job Details:1. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports. 2. Reviews accounts payables and weekly check run. 3. Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits. 4. Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions. 5. Responsible for distributing a common costs, and cost center reports. 6. Prepares work papers and supporting schedules for the annual financial review 7. Prepares financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position. 8. Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system. 9. Applies cost accounting methods to achieve accurate representation of cost center performance. 10. Responsible for timeliness of inventory controls and procedures . 11. Create a chart of accounts, and develop and implement various accounting procedures. 12. Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits 13. Maintain system of accounts and keep records on all company transactions and assets. 14. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up. 15. Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals and determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing. 16. Management, observing and developing the accountants performance. 17. Preparing Feasibility Studies for new projects
