• Job Details:Doing the following duties: 1. Issues operation procedure & work instructions and obtains terminal manager and operations manager approvals. 2. Trains of operation team on implementing all operation work instructions. 3. Coordinates between the daily shifts and follows-up the implementation of their tasks. 4. Follows-up the implementation of the required daily and weekly works of the section. 5. Attends & supervises tank’s inspections and commissioning (cleaning, insulation, valves., etc.). 6. Approves measurements of received cargo with Surveyor Representative through coordinating with terminal manager & operations manager. 7. Ensures proper operation instruments commissioning and inspection with maintenance department. 8. Ensures that the storage conditions of stored materials are in line with MSDS for each product. 9. Ensures that the safety rules and instructions are implemented during vessel and trucks’ (loading or discharging) as well as other operations tasks. 10. Responsible for the product stock in all tanks. 11. Follows-up the product stocks with stores section. 12. Carries out any assigned task that falls within operational activities in the terminal. 13. Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on current operations. 14. Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization. 15. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts. 16. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. 17. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements. 18. Organizes operations functions including receiving, inspecting, storing, controlling quality and quantity, drumming, blending, and truck loading of Liquid Chemicals. 19. Supervises ships’ arrival and cargo discharging operation.

Operation EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Doing the following duties: 1. Ensures the safety rules and instructions implemented during shift. 2. Supervision the operation of Vessels discharging, loading of trucks, tanks measuring and inspection, stock calculation, pipeline pigging and cleaning. 3. Ensures proper handling & operating equipment in the terminal. 4. Explains to the operation technicians the work instructions of all processes carried inside the department and follow up their work and their commitments. 5. Organizes and supervises the work during the shift in a proper and safe way. 6. Analyzes and solves any problem that may occur during shift with a suitable action & consults with O.S.H. prior implementing solutions. 7. Ensures that materials are stored as per MSDS (Temperature, level, pressure, N2 ….etc) during shift. 8. Prepares shift reports. 9. Carries out any assigned task that falls within the operational activities of the company.
