• Job Details:• Promote the competitive sourcing process, initiate RFQ's to Suppliers, Evaluate Supplier cost proposals and recommend business awards in line with ethical procurement. Ensure prompt review for adequacy, suitability of purpose, completeness and treat over 100 PRs monthly • Identify areas of cost savings, draw up savings projects, support prioritization of cost reduction opportunities and maintaining list of key functional "owners" for each commodity type • Develop and maintain a savings tracker for company-wide communication of projected and actual savings achieved on a monthly basis. Support implementation of savings improvements, including operational improvements, with a focus on data and analytics activities • Analyze, negotiate and prepare contractual agreements, ensuring appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests of the company. • Strive to achieve ‘Perfect Order Fulfilment’ wherever necessary. • Promote the competitive sourcing process, initiate RFQ’s to Suppliers, Evaluate Supplier cost proposals and recommend business awards. • Support internal customers (Transport, Marketing, Technical, HR, Sales, Housing, HSE, etc.) on all procurement matters as well as on related processes and terms (e.g. Tendering Process, Purchase Requisitioning, Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Quotations (RFQ) etc.) • Provide support Supplier relationship management function, performance management and reporting. • Support local, global supplier score card ratings in close alignment with stakeholders • Adapt and understand different cultures and impact on business requirements on different geographies and stakeholder groups • Lead and drive QMS ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 activities/compliance for Procurement department.
