• Job Details: * Estimating of construction projects.  * Preparing financial and technical offer.  * Reviewing project files and submitting inquiries to the project owner.  * Sending a request for quotation to subcontractors and preparing the necessary documents.  * Preparation of Tender documents files consisting of previous works, the company's organizational structure, the proposed structure for the new project, and the preparation of company documents.  * Verification of steel ratios in concrete elements.  * Site visiting the study project place to identify factors affecting pricing.

• Job Details:* Estimating of construction projects. * Participation in preparation a financial plan for the project and following it up.  Sending a request for quotation to subcontractors and preparing the necessary documents.  * Verification Quantities for All Project Elements and Verifying the steel ratio in concrete elements. * Negotiate with the owner on B.O.Q prices to obtain the best possible price. * Preparation of Tender documents files consisting of previous works, the company's organizational structure, the proposed structure for the new project, and the preparation of company documents.  * Work sheet materials for each item.
