• Job Details:o Led a transformation program for all B.Tech legacy systems from business requirement then solutions Architecture and design and implementation internally or with a vendor to deliver a high value for business and enhance operations overall in the order fulfillment cycle based on software best practices o Managed a team of 50+ IT experts to operate over all B.Tech business systems and operations such as CRM, ERP, order fulfillment and HCM applications with different roles such as analyst, architect, designer and implementer. o Managed all vendor relations to have a delivery for all required systems such as:  Order management system using IBM sterling products to deliver order management and fulfillment components to increase product availability and order placement rate.  Warehouse management system using MS Dynamic 365 product to deliver stoke and WH management solution to integrate all B.Tech stokes to all sales channels.  Last mile delivery system using C# and Android native for a mobile App to manage the order delivery process.  Dashboard for Order fulfilment and retail business rhythms using MS power PI for all program integration data
