Merchandiser ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:*Managing price and delivery negotiations with the suppliers *Managing the approval of fabrics, lab dips, trims and samples *Raising purchase orders and implementing the critical path to ensure on time delivery *Following up all sample flow including proto, fit, pre-production, production and salesman samples *Day to day management of development and production issues *Ordering and chasing labels/trims where necessary *Communicating with Sales Department and customers on price, delivery and quality *Organizing import, customs clearance and delivery to the warehouse *Forecast stock orders, manage delivery dates *Sourcing – develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing factories and suppliers *Occasional factory visits * Communication with customers. 4 * Organize with customer to got all of the approval specification to be able to proceed production (FIT – Strike off - … ) * Account the consumption for fabric and accessories. * Putting the fabric plan and accessories plan. * Putting the time and action plan and push the production stages and suppliers to work according to it. * Make the purchasing fabric order and purchasing accessories order and following up suppliers day by day. * Make the shipping advice & packing list and invoice and organize the shipping with logistic company.
