• Job Details:Held responsibility to optimize maintenance cost, through improving cost data quality , identifying area of waste, targeting the bad actors , exploring the opportunity of eliminating process waste , deploying optimal execution methodology for each individual activity, developed bottom up plant maintenance budget, cost control ,monitoring and cost reporting with effective cost forecast analysis and recommendations. • Successfully secured 15% of total fixed cash cost saving and avoidance during first financial cycle through implementation of different actions, improving service and manpower utilization. • Introduced the concept of “cost control is responsibility of all organisation members”; improving awareness of service contracts terms and conditions. • Improving cost data quality, by managed plant maintenance’s total expenditure making sure that all maintenance expenditure is captured and properly recorded on system/SAP, include auditing of invoices and claims from vendors, expediting invoicing cycle, proper monthly/yearly accrual estimation, and improving reporting accuracy. • Technically, commercially review and compare contractor’s proposal, selecting optimum Quotations for specified activity; supporting bidding phase of long service agreement. • Purchase orders generating, monitoring and controlling through pre-estimation of each requested activity with tracking of mobilization and demobilization date/time ensuring all service was executed as planned, eliminating reasons of service extension. • Established and developed maintenance monthly cost dashboard reports which enable organization to get the area of focus / overspending through different analysis identify bad actors asset and high cost activity. • Identify cost bad actors, engaging with maintenance and reliability engineers to ensure fixing of asset having high consumption of failure repair cost. • Executed ExxonMobil benchmarking [Determine Manufacturing Workforce Required “DMWR"] objective to determining the optimum work force required to run the plant, which reflected on company organisation to be more effective and agile. • Bottom –up cost estimation for weekly planned maintenance activity supporting Benefit-to -cost “BTC” decision, eliminating high cost and low value added activity. • Improving wrench time through supporting work selection, proper priority, activity levelling, implementing system of overtime acceptance criteria, changing plant coverage concept to be centralized with close mentoring & reporting and facilitating problem solving. • Enhanced the control of overall maintenance service expenses through generating rate matrix for each individual activity selecting low rate contractor of each individual activity. • Spearheaded maintenance team in benchmark study of polyethylene plant according to Phillip Townsend Associates “PTAI” module and crackers’ “olefin plant” according to Solomon module, ensuring the availability and accuracy of all provided data, as well as validate the outcome and converting to actions for improvement of Maintenance performance. • Reviews TA job packages for completeness , provide contractual information on TA issues

SENIOR COST ESTIMATING; PROPOSALS AND CONTRACTS ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:Manage the delivery of competitive proposals while gathering necessary resources “equipment, material, and special service “negotiating with supplier/contractors to have competitive price and scope compliance; managing contract Phase with the Clint. • Leading cost estimates for oil and gas turnaround maintenance activity and projects; Examined drawings, specifications, scope of work and other contract documents to developed scope and cost breakdown structure to fulfil project Pre-defined and agreed deliverables (technically & commercially), as well as having accurate and comprehensive workable and profitable budget. • Adding advantage for the organisation to bid in Emergency and high urgent RFQ(s) with very short bidding duration, decreased the total estimate time and improve cost estimation accuracy by established and managed the development of historical database of previously executed projects at different regions/activities, generating excel spread sheet with predefined tasks and milestones, to be utilized for parametric and analogous cost estimation technique. • Evaluating funding availability and related cost, considering cost of money. • Leading bidding cycle, Evaluated and negotiate Sub-contractors, supplier’s technical & commercial quotations, to obtain optimum resources with a competitive cost. • Manages the end-to-end lifecycle process of contract change from development through to execution, including obtaining the relevant stakeholder approvals (Impact assessment; preparation of change request; Negotiations with Vendor; Final approval and signoff). • Developed appropriate contractual, commercial terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers to best serve and protect company's interests. • Leading the meeting with the client to clear any clarifications and agreed responsibilities. • Aiding company annual business plan preparation, seek opportunities for business growth.

PLANNING AND COST CONTROL ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:Manage planning and scheduling parts of assigned projects; provide support during project evaluation and reviews. • Estimating activity resource, duration and activity sequence, supporting cost estimation and developing project cost and schedule baseline. Cooperated with accounting department to establish project cost codes. • Create, maintain, review, and administer construction schedules and plans including updating all project reports including manpower histogram, S-curve and cash flow , projects’ KPIs, highlighting any area of concern and any potential delays, recommend an action plan to mitigate impact. • Prepare and implement Extension of Time claims using the applied techniques and in accordance with the Contracts’ terms and procedures, controlled verification of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. • Continuous improvement through recording all lessons learned.
