• Job Details:Founding member of the quality system in GEPD plasma donation centers to ensure the efficient implementation of all quality aspects, standards (SOPs) and policies. Creating and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), for plasma donation centers and its diverse production areas. Deviation management and reviewing with professional documentation, submission and archiving. CAPAs management and follow up, effective monitoring for the implemented corrective and preventive actions across all production areas. Conduction of internal audits and assessments for facility and all activities are being performed within donation center. Certified QA trainer for all newly hired (quality specialists/ quality managers) on the quality system and implemented application of SOPs SAP system professional user for the targeted process flow and supply chain cycle. Quality review for diverse types of production documents, equipment calibration, validation processes , etc.
