• Job Details:training on synthesisDuring my study undergraduate in Benha University trained by Prof Bhaa El-Dien M. Elgendy on synthesis heterocyclic compounds which was early step in this work. Prof Bhaaa El-Dien M. Elgendy made me love organic chemistry specially medicinal branch. After training for 3 months gave me point and i worked on it with teamwork and i gained:- - Good experience in organic synthesis of heterocyclic compounds. - Good experience in optimization of reaction condition. - Using software such as chemdraw, Chem3D, prediction of products and it’s H-NMR signals , IR peaks before doing reactions. - Assignment of any charts such as IR, H-NMR, UV, C13NMR and MASS spectroscopy and define the structures of the compounds. - Separation of product from racemic mixture and purification by recrystallization or using chromatographic techniques such as column chromatography and identification of product by thine layer chromatography according to flow rate by solvent polarity and hydrogen bond between the sample and silica gel.
