• Job Details:-Product Design & Development: Lead the design, development, and optimization of mechanical systems and components from concept to production, ensuring performance, cost, and reliability objectives are met. -Research & Innovation: Drive research initiatives to explore new technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance product capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. -Prototyping & Testing: Oversee the development of prototypes, conduct tests, and analyze performance data to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with specifications and standards. -Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including CAD models, engineering drawings, test reports, and technical specifications to support product development and manufacturing processes. -Collaboration & Leadership: Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering innovation and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the R&D department. -Risk Analysis: Perform Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) and assist in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) when required to identify potential failure risks in the design and manufacturing processes. -Standards Awareness: Stay informed about relevant standards and regulations applicable to various types of products, ensuring compliance throughout the design process.
