Ø Assisted in improving the English Department ( Teaching / Learning ) Ø United States Common core curriculum Ø Saudia Arabia Ministry of Education curriculum Ø Put together, organizing and reviewed school programs proposals Ø Evaluating teachers' performance, creating action plans, organizing, preparing and providing material and/or resources for the PD sessions on lesson planning, data, teaching guidelines, standards, differentiation, classroom activities, AFL, teaching strategies, lessons based on student needs, assignments based on student goals and student-oriented lesson to name a few Ø Distance Learning, organizing, observations, parent communication and training of staff Ø Conducted post and pre-conferences with teaching staff to review evaluations and observations Ø Monitoring academic performance of students, reviewing data for progress reporting, provided guidelines and IEPs to individual student’s action plans, assessments in addition to the availability of resources and technological tools Ø Worked closely with the Principal and Vice Principal to ensure smooth and effective running school
