Handle technical or complex questions regarding account status, service information and adjustments.  Responsibilities • Preparing journal entries , reconciling general ledger and subsidiary accounts. • ComputerizedFinancial Accounting ( Journals , Ledgers ) , create the financial reports by out source program ( Compaq ) • Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. • Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control. • Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems. • Interact with external auditors in completing audits. • Reconciling expenditure and revenue accounts including trustee accounts and investment reports. • Preparing balance sheet and income statement.
