RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT (R&D) • Publication of research article in multinational scientific journal namely “ Journal of Scientific and Engineering Research” , 2017, 4(12):450-462, ISSN: 2394-2630, CODEN(USA): JSERBR, in title of “Effect Propylene Glycol as a Quality Improver for Portland and Portland-Limestone Cements ”. • Synthesis and manufacturing of Cr+6 reducer material presented in Portland cement with high quality and performance inside the cement mills. • Synthesis and manufacturing of Retarder material of the setting times (initial and final) of cement and concrete. • Synthesis and manufacturing of Grinding Aids of the cement grinding inside the cement mills system with enhancement of cement strength at early and late ages of hydration. . During my working as Head of quality and development in A TEC company in the project of CIF cement plant located in Angola, i could save 1,500,000 $ by modification of raw mix design and utilizing of wastes of raw material.
