• Job Details:• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors. • Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect. • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project. • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications. • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. • Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise. • Preparing progress reports as required. ► 1 project Reconstruction and Finishing of villa No. 47 in Marina city compound It consists of 7 bedroom ,9 bathroom ,closed living room ,dining area ,3 spacious reception ,salon ,outdoor kitchen/BBQ ,garden ,swimming pool and Maid's quarter . The villa stands on 950 sqm land area and the building area is 800 sqm.
