• Job Details:Responsible for making monthly payroll , monitoring attendees , coordinate employees annual leaves ( + 120 employees ) Participate as partner in recruitment , promotion , termination , rehire policies. Administrator of benefits system . Trainer for all new employees in deferent departments ( sales , customer care , call center , administrators ) Representative and negotiator with governmental offices and social insurance offices Responsible for employees files and keeping it up to date with valid documents Responsible for all evaluations and appraisals related with performance and ethic work environment Coordinate the interview schedule and preparation the management meetings Working on succession plan and put estimated plans to avoid interior and exterior factors which effect on labors and employees performance.
