• Job Details: Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of urban planning projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers, urban planners, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.  Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with city officials, community groups, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure project acceptance.  Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for urban development, including zoning regulations, land use planning, and sustainability initiatives.  Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project timelines and goals.  Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.  Compliance Oversight: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as environmental sustainability standards.  Reporting: Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
