• Job Details:Superintendent MECHANICAL ENGINEER AL KIFAH CONTRACTING Mar-2021 to Present Client : SAUDI ARAMCO. Consultant : SAUDI ARAMCO (PID) Project : Jizan Economic City Commercial Port – Onshore, Building & Infrastructure (EPC, LSTK) Designation : Superintendent MECHANICAL ENGINEER( hvac) Responsibilities: The project is EPC (Engineering Design , Procurement , Construction)with total contract value 1.2 Billion SAR • Assigned to the project in construction phase to complete hvac construction work and to finish the phase of testing and commissioning for all hvac work. • Review and coordinate hvac work at site with the technical office and with all engineers related to other disciplines. • Member of Project Management Team from the contractor to overlook the design deficiencies and discrepancies. • Responsible of punch list for all hvac work (pmcc list) before start up the hvac units at project buildings. • follow up with third party company for testing and commissioning for all hvac work at the project, prepare the testing reports to complete with consultant and project owner before handing over the project buildings. • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.

Designation : Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities : • installation of HVAC , Fire Fighting and Plumbing System in accordance with the project specifications to met the project schedule. • Follow up the materials with the procurement team. • Submit equipment and materials for approval and Prepare purchase orders. • Submit internal RFIS for the project. • Daily management of project staff and subcontractors. • Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met. • Review, negotiate and resolve conflicts with vendors, subcontractors and design team. • prepare and submit billing breakdown for the project and manage the billing process for the project. • Regularly Inspection of site work, Monitoring & reporting to Manager about Project Progress • Requesting Materials for execution after approval from client. • Making/Preparing work schedules & duration of job finish. • Allocation of manpower to execute the Project within time. • Handling Sub contractor& taking care of safety, quality & progress of work. • Coordinate testing and commissioning activities
