• Job Details:Reviewing and posting purchasing invoices for goods and service vendors. Creating national and international payments on the bank system. creating vendors payment proposals on the accounting system and uploading the approved payments sheet on the bank system to be transferred (Zahllaufverfahren). Creating customer payment proposals for our open invoices with direct debit mandates to collect our due invoices. Solving all bank payment issues due to technical or human errors and being main contact person with our payment institutions Expanding payment options for our customers by creating accounts on a worldwide payment engines (mollie, paypal,etc...) G/L accounts balancing. Bank Reconciling. Creating customers cards and choosing the right VAT combination pased on the customer location and type. Posting all cash payments on the customer accounts and validating the received payment proofs. Sending reminders and calling customers for collecting the due invoices and resolving unfinished issues. Sending unpaid invoices to collection companies and handling all correspondences with them(Inkasso Verfahren) Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status
