Cost Engineer & Quantity SurveyorFull Time

• Job Details:Review and study all documents and contracts of projects associated with the controlling process, project budget, and bill of quantities (BOQ). •Using Revit, BIM tools, and AutoCAD for the takeoff of all civil and architectural items. •Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity surveys and BOQ requirements. •Variations preparation, Assessment, and Issuance. •Provision of Commercial Management Services for both pre & post stages, and cost control. •Using the ERP system to submit the monthly invoices and obtain the approvals. •Preparing comparison sheets and tender evaluation with the recommendations. •Follow up cash flows and preparation of cost estimations •Attend meetings with the stakeholders.

Quantity Surveyor & Cost EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:* Review and study all documents and contracts of projects associated with quantity surveying process, project budget and bill of quantities (BOQ). * Quantity surveying and prepare BOQ format according to CSI format using Revit and AutoCAD for civil and architectural Works. * Coordinate and identify materials with available materials refer to the project specifications. * Write subcontractors and clients invoices, and coordinate with relevant departments for correct and accurate charge of payment amounts. * Assign direct and indirect costs and all project expenses in order to calculate expenses of the project. * Coordinate tasks with other engineers in different departments.

Cost Estimation and Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Review all documents and contracts of projects associated with project budget. - Track and control direct and indirect costs and all project expenses in order to meet budget of project. - Responsible to prepare and fill cost report template and create WBS for all actual works performed in project. - Responsible to prepare monthly movement cost report and summary sheet for all costs of project activities on daily basis and present it to project manager and top management. - Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded. - Provide cost planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of Invoices processes, etc. - Perform and manage project financial activity monitoring and purchase requests creation and follow up. - Perform commercial review for (subcontractor’s quotations) for the preparation of service agreements. - Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required
