• Job Details:Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout. • Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements. • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery. • Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards. • Managing procurement processes, including bid evaluations, contract negotiations and vendor selection. • Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. • Conducting regular site inspections to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. • Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.

• Job Details:- Planning & Scheduling: Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following: - Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contract, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives. - Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule. - Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6 & Microsoft Office &Power BI & Navisworks). - Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations. - Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets. - Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule. - Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules. - Monitor & Control: Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look Ahead). - Generating periodic client invoices. - Performing progress presentations. - Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay. - Developing revised schedule in case of change orders. - EOT analysis and justification reports.

Technical Office EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction of building structures, and facilities, such as roads ,bridges, projects, pipelines, power plants, water and sewage systems, Includes architectural, structural, and geo-technical works - (DAR MISR (20 Residential Building)) Obour city – New capital (IL BOSCO). - Social Housing Project: 6 October city (12residential Building, landscape, Sewage works, Fine finishing). - (Structural design for Residential Building in 6october city -el wahat st - no 18). - Real estate (Technical office for Residential Building in El Annulus .5th settlement). - Prepare and studying tenders for projects such as (A kai el Sokhna). - Prepare and Following and Controlling Time schedule and Cash Flow for - Social Housing Project :6 October city (30 residential Building) - Shop-drawings and Quantity surveying and pricing and prepare Purchase orders.
