Data and voice dials wit (Vodafone -ETISALAT -Orange) • Land lines and Pri with telecom Egypt company • Sales Force Automation Project • Contact centre project • Bulk SMS -what’s app SMS • Telesales Camera Project • Negotiation with Headset Providers Like (PLANTRONICS -Add Com - JABRA) • PPX Panasonic - Ericson • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff • Conduct orientation programs for new employees • be involved in staff training and development, preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions • Prepare annual estimates of expenditure, maintain budgetary, inventory controls, and make recommendations to management • Raise PO's and handle each single order, till it arrives to the location concerned. • Understand the requirements and work nature at the location where purchasing is looking after.
