    • Job Details:Worked as Export Manger Job Purpose: To Achieve Our Target Plan On International Market • Participate in the strategic planning for the international sales and marketing to achieve goals of the organization. • Setting the annual targets for my region. • Determine the export plan for my regional countries. • Make the exporting marketing for my regional countries. • Implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs with the aim of achieving highest possible operating income • Analyses the feedback from his region and communicate results to related departments. • Consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends • Search for new clients on my regional countries or open new market. • Participate at international fairs. • Determine the specification for my clients. • Determine the prices for my regional countries. • Make agreements with new clients. • Maintaining the existing export clients through effective negotiations and communications • Supervising the delivery of the highest possible level of customer satisfaction through taking the necessary actions to solve their problems and satisfy their needs. • Ensure having the best possible rates and preferred vessels’ schedules. • Managing & controlling all the export transactions’ life cycle from the placement of orders until their successful deliveries to the clients/importers within the assigned regions. • Do the calculations necessary for stuffing and the suitable optimum quantities for the container or trucks loads in order to achieve the best stuffing. • Make all commercial documents for customs and bank. • Handling all the exports banking logistics, such as lc’s documentation, collection follow ups…etc. • Follow-up all sorts of business communication with the company’s interrelated departments, such as Finance, Accounting, Production,… etc. • Managing all the exports shipping procedures and execution, whether by Air or Sea, including the consignments customs clearance. • Design special labels and brands for export as well as flyers and posters if needed. • Reporting to the Executive General Manager • I am responsible about exporting to more than 39 countries along the world. • I am responsible about all logistics subjects. • I am responsible about achieve my exporting plan. • I am responsible about making support to my clients to achieve the target. • I am responsible about solving the quality problems. • I am responsible to work under ISO regulations. • I am responsible to make the certificate of quality needed by my clients. • I have good experience on Letter of credit (by deal with more than 500 L/C) • I have good knowledge about all payments methods. • I have good knowledge about dealing with the inspections companies.
