• Job Details:1) Implement the preventive actions according to plan. 2) Executes the approved preventive maintenance plans to optimize equipment reliability, ensuring timely and efficient implementation of the plan. 3) Diagnosing breakdown problems; fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly. 4) Carrying out quality inspections on jobs. 5) Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. 6) Participates in the execution of major shut-down activities as per the set schedules, ensuring their timely and efficient execution. 7) Application and implementation of instructions for the ISO and the completion of all ISO related paperwork. 8) Follow-up on the regular maintenance scheduled of production machines. 9) Assist in the training of technicians on the operation and maintenance. 10) Generate assigned area “Maintenance Weekly Report” outlining analysis of; response times, team’s productivity, spare parts consumption etc.). 11) updating SOP’s of machines.
