• Job Details:Make operation breakdown with line layout, identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to meet shipment deadline, developing & implementing process improvements & technological updates, attend & discuss during style change, closely monitoring & making report daily basis, reduce change over time during style/layout change, calculate loss time against low production, provide training to the operators, analyze garments for reducing process & SMV, make skill matrix for operator, work on seven QC tools to minimize defects, coordinate with cutting, production, store, planning for smooth productivity.

• Job Details:Prepare operation bulletin & layout for every new style, daily SAM and efficiency calculation, taking the capacity study & line balancing to clean up bottleneck area, time study & motion study, observe the process & develop ideas for method improvement & implement in the production.
