• Job Details:Responsibilities: Ø In charge of design coordination between various disciplines performed civil design, planned, organized and managed construction works for projects. Ø Supervised concrete works, rebar fixing and performed concrete testing, billing of concrete and steel by AutoCAD, rate analysis and cost estimation. Ø Making plan for next movement, labour requirement as per the open work area for the projects. Ø Quality inspection and close site supervision to ensure that all activities comply with the project specifications and approved shop drawings. Ø Evaluate materials, structural/civil drawings and site layout match details with the contract documents, project specifications. Ø Review method statements and conducts Task Risk Assessments (TRA) session contractor to ensure that hazards, precautions and controls will be implemented as per company HSE Policy. Ø Witness testing of concrete, steel rebar and asphalt with the third-party testing laboratory. Ø Maintain quality inspection register in for project completion and commissioning dossiers. Ø Prepare and submit documentation for approval of all concerned authorities to commence works on site; Ø Perform follow-ups and, if necessary, make corrections within the established time limits. Ø Oversee and monitor materials and quality as per technical specifications. Ø Maintain professional communication and relationships with clients, architects and office team. Ø Select and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, close agreement and follow up completion. Ø Record additional works progress, delays on-site and take necessary action to resolve any issues to deliver projects on time.
