• Job Details:Responsibilities 1 - Serving Customers in all Banking Operations Inquires , Requests and Complaints and Provide Appropriate Solutions 2 - Explain Bank Products to Customers, Answer all Related Queries and How they Benefited from their Advantages 3 - Communicate with Potential and Existing Customers to Let them Know about Banks Products and Services to achieves sales targets 4 - Periodically Follow up, Enter and Update Customers Information such as ( Phone number , Home address , Income source , etc.) 5 - Ensure that all e-mails and client’s request are handled in a timely manner 6 - Using CRM system to create , update and follow client’s requests such as ( Open account , Generate loan or credit card application , Change signature , etc.) also using CRM to see status of client’s requests , which department or branch work on it and contact with them to finish it as fast as they can

• Job Details:Responsibilities 1 - Using ERP System to enter journal entries and post-dated checks 2 - Responsible for external treasury transactions with banks and clients 3 - Prepare monthly analysis for collection, expected cash amount next month and coming due checks for clients and coordinate its collections 4 - Follow up All bank transaction (deposit , withdrawals , transfers , etc. ) everyday 5- Postponed installments for client and set new date to pay and Calculate the discount amount for client who want to pay early
