• Job Details:Check the trade invoices from legal Requirements ( Tax ID , Commercial Registration No.…etc. ) check & control all Trade invoices matching with our goods received book all A/P Invoices on the system after doing the needful matching (prices & quantities) . communicating with the central Purchasing in case there is any problem . booking all Deduction of the Trade suppliers ( Penalties ,Rebate & Returns to our suppliers ...) doing a regular review with suppliers accounts . daily follow up with the receiving Department to check all Differences in quantities . Daily check with coordination with the stock control team & regarding the transactions done to avoid any missing invoices or Returns not booked on the system monthly detailed analysis for Tax Audit & Inspection . Collecting & Booking all Direct Supply Invoices . prepare the payment of All Direct supply Suppliers . keeping the filling of this section organized . S. Review the percentage of taxes assessed by the government T. Assist in the payment review and dispatching U. Handling purchase order cycle with different departments V. Receive and review invoices from vendors, assemble voucher packages for approval by appropriate managers, process checks to send to vendors and handle suppliers’ inquires using oracle application W. Prepare monthly sales commissions, recording and issuing payments X. Controlling and Monitoring applied commission schemes on different levels Y. Calculating and reporting income and withholding tax deducted from agents, sales and suppliers Z. Preparing and issuing all payments AA. Preparing Bank reconciliations & recording adjustments. BB. Assist in preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements
