ETC) Duties : - Handling all import shipments for all brands. - Receiving pre alerts, DO and original documents for the shipments. - Reviewing the original document (B/L, Commercial invoice, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Inspection, Health certificate (for food stuff)….etc. - Updating shipments tracker and reports with shipment’s status and details. - Updating required reports (Daily shipping report - Demurrage report - Saving file report - Re-exportation report) - Updating the Oracle system with the shipments and issuing Purchase Orders. - Preparing the required documents to the bank for issuing form 4 and customs clearance to clear the shipments. - Find the best logistical solutions and operational options to clear the shipments on time to avoid and reduce the demurrage and any extra charges. - Following up with the customs clearing agency to clear the shipments and deliver it on time to our warehouse. - Following up with the warehouse team till receiving the shipments and realease it to the stores - Sending the shipments report to the oversease brand team and logistics team. see less ------------------------------------------------------ LSHAYA Brands ( H&M , STARBUCKS , DEBEHAMS , MOTHER CARE , PINK BERRY AMERICAN EAGLE , FOOT LOCKER , NEXT , PAYLESS , THE CHEESE CAKE FACTORY , LA SENZA , PINK BERRY , THE BODY SHOP BATH & BODY WORKS .. • Job Details:* Documents the restrictions, records, exchange documents, and all the supporting documents relating to the accounts of the Department. * Purchases and sales are recorded according to official invoices. * Prepare periodic reports on accounts and financial analysis. * Contacted external suppliers and agree on contracts and prices for products. * Preparing the monthly salary of doctors and administrative staff. * The revenue of the Department is received under financial receipt. * Prepared documents, reports and presentations using advanced software proficiency. * Analyzed monthly balance sheet accounts for corporate reporting. * Followed up with customers to collect information and verify details.

Foreign Procurement Specialist – Tender OfficerFull Time

• Job Details: Evaluate products and suppliers according to the key business criteria.  Prepare proposals and quotes.  Evaluate the quality and the suitable price for the purchased items.  Issue Purchase requests, purchase orders and finalize agreements.  Arrange the required documents for the process.  Prepare regular accurate procurement reports.  Cooperate and coordinate with the internal team to maintain strong supplier relations.  Ensures all relevant documentation for bid proposals is complete and accurate.  Study the tender documents and prepare submission documents – Technical and Commercial. Preparing price lists for tenders and customers.  Prepare the tender costing documents and prepare a response time for the same.
