• Job Details:• Study plans and specs during the schematic design of pre-construction. • Managing and lead all projects electrical activities from tender stage up to handing over. • Organizes and supervises group of junior engineers, estimators and draftsmen. • Coordinating utility service providers according to project schedules. • Conducting weekly production and operations contractor meetings. • Conducting all critical pre-installation conferences with subcontractors and consultants. • Determining project’s electrical activities schedule. • Preparing regular interval progress reports. • Conducting sites routine quality audits and initiated corrective actions. • Scheduling all subcontractors and material deliveries. • Avoiding construction delays by efficiently following through with all site inspections in a timely manner.

• Job Details:• Designed and reviewed electrical distribution for 1500+ buildings and infra structure projects. • Reviewed and approved design of the newest Iconic projects in Dubai. • Successfully Inspected 350+ new projects prior to releasing supply. • Designed all electrical services for Dewa’s own projects.( Pumping Stations and Substations ) • Provided technical support to contractors and consultants for ongoing projects. • Achieved 100 % of all KPIs “key performance indicators“ for 5 years. • Exceeded expectation in the last 4 annual evaluations. • Awarded the 1st rank in getting electricity World Bank’s doing business report 2018. • Participated in preparing DEWA’s wiring Regulations 2017 edition. • Member of the 2017 DGEP “Dubai Government Excellency Program“ team.
