- Job Details:Planning the Supply Chain's pipeline requirements of local procurement in coordination with the line Supervisors, upstream & downstream counterparts and Head/Chief of Supply Chain. Support the Supply Chain operation, coordination of the procurement execution and management of the purchased contracts with the related parties; Suppliers, Inspection Companies, Warehouses and Transportation...etc. Timely issuing Call-Off-Order for inspection of the purchased food as per relevant inspection long-term agreements signed with the inspection Companies. Supervising the quality and quantity (QQ) of the purchased food in terms of Inspection, sampling and Laboratory analysis services implemented by the inspection Companies, ensuring the service provided is in compliance and conformity with WFP's quality standards and the signed inspection Long-Term-Agreement (LTA).. Coordinating delivery of the purchased contracts with the related counterparts (Suppliers, Inspection Service Providers, Warehouses, Transportation and Food Safety and Quality (FSQ). Monitoring and reviewing the daily activities of the QQ inspection service reporting, continually improvement the reporting quality and tools that has led to strengthen the inspection service supervision and management Preparation the execution completion report for each contract and records execution facts e.g; deviation on the contracts specifications, quality and quantity, if any delivery delay and according record the penalty liquidated damages, actual good received note, Suppliers' performance and encountered challenges and future recommendation. Validating clients` invoices payment related to the inspection services providers and food Suppliers to ensure consistence with the (LTA) and purchase contracts and ensure the payment made for the actual rendered/delivered services, creates the Service Entry Sheet (SES) and Good Receive Note (GRN) reflected in WFP system (WINGs), accordingly, process releasing of the due payments in coordination with line Supervisors, Logistics and Finance. Demonstrating very good communication skills, working across supply chain upstream and downstream focused on problem solving solutions. IMPROVEMENTS - created a new working methods/approaches for procurement execution unit, developed tracking reporting tools, that's considered strong informative tool supported the downstream allocation plans and keeping the supply chain management updated - devolved two more reporting tools (Execution Completion report and Service Entry Sheet (SES) Tracker), that have led to strengthening the work & system quality and preventing potential risks

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: In WFP; Achieved improvement of work methods/approaches, that had led to strengthen WFP's related internal system controls. As a recognition I was rated exceeded performer for 2 consecutive years 2018 & 2019. In YLNG; Achieved renovation of the Offices and Guesthouses buildings. In Jabal Salab CO; Achieved installation of a new camp for around 200 residents in a very tight period, including procurement of portable houses, delivery, site installation and contracted Catering Co and install its equipments.
