• Job Details:Develop BIM Execution plan for handed over projects from client. Review Shop drawing 3D Models from contractors and comparing it to the models in IFC package. Conduct Hard and visual clash detection on the shop drawingmodels in relation to the other discipline’s models. Audit and review models using Client and Consultant BIM protocol. Execute coordination meetings with Client, main/contractors. Develop BIM monthly Log while managing and updating allBIM Project Documents  After construction, performing As-built model review for Facility Management to ensure model’s health and quality.

Interior ArchitectFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: • Responsible for all design related aspect • Draw internal and external quality design • Produce 3D conceptual interior design, space planning, construction drawings and documentation • Site inspection

Arch EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Development of all design stages starting from conceptual • Developing design detailed construction drawing • Coordinate specifications with drawings to meet project requirement • Coordinate drawings with drawings of other disciplines • Participate in construction administration including RFIs.
