I am working since inception where handicap have only 2 employees so I was not only doing admin and finance work but also I was involved in handling and supporting technical teams in their activities helping people with disabilities


We were using Navision financial software and with any small problem we send it to the company responsible for the program with fees I advised our financial director in Istanbul to have 1 accountant from each country to get a maintenance course and establish a network between all LCWAIKIKI international head offices to share the problems together and solve it so we can save lot of money .




As a volunteer in Resala association for charity activities i was part of the team who established new department for Street boys and this department still work for more than 10 years.
