• Job Details: Contact with ongoing accounts (Gold's Gym Dream land, Swiss inn hotel, kempinski hotel, informia, kafficho cafe, trianon cafe).  Contact with one shot accounts (offline work) (company profile- rollups-business cards- lighting box- corporate identity-3D designs-flyers-brochures).  Follow up with print house for all printings.  Attend meetings with clients inside company.  Call clients after sending proposals to know the feedback.  Contact daily with accounts through mails, phone calls.  Coordinate with client and team (social media-designers).  Call clients monthly for payment.

• Job Details: Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries  Maintain customer’s database on system continuously.  Contact with sales team in stores (phone-mail) for different purposes.  Call customers to coordinate appropriate delivery time.  Communicate and coordinate with technician team, clients for repairing or installation process.  Follow up with customers (after sell call) thorough some questions to ensure client satisfaction.  Prepare customer satisfaction reports.  Handle product recalls.  Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.  Prepares product reports by collecting and analyzing customer information (lost-recall-exchanged orders.)  Receive new orders from sales, schedule delivery time with clients.  Reserve new orders using internal system.
