• Job Details:• Planning and preparing periodical preventive maintenance schedule. • Resposible of electrical maintenance in the plant of producing processed cheese ( UHT lines, triangle cheese packaging machines, square cheese packaging machines, glass jars linear and rotary filling machines, slices cheese packaging and processing machines, Mixers and grinders , Carton stamping and assembling machines, carton packaging machines, boilers and facilities). • Full responsibility for resolving machines breakdowns. • Leading and supervising electrical maintenance related activities and ensures that maintenance practices are carried out in accordance with accepted standard and industrial norms. • Follow up on all maintenance operations in all shifts to ensure uniformity of work. • Review and approve regular reports on  progress of maintenance work, breakdowns analysis and technical issues. • Oversees in trouble- shooting complex electrical problems and failures  whenever required. • Direct link to warehouse to oraganizing all needed spare parts. • Modification of production lines to improve production. •Full authorize to access PLC, HMI programs for troubleshooting l, modification  to develop or meet production needs. • Resposible to backup all PLC, HMI factory programs. • Upgrading old automation systems or classic systems to develop production and reduction waste. • Assists in trouble shooting of problems of unknown cause, i.e. could be electrical, mechanical, process row materials, etc. ♧Experience ☆ Siemens PLC (S7 200,300,400) troubleshooting,Programming and installation. ☆ Siemens HMI ( Basic,Comfort,Old panels) Programming, Upgrading, Updating firmware and Migration. ☆ Profibus and Ethernet communications. ☆Micromaster,Danfoss,Schneider,Ls,Omron,telemecanique Speed drives commissioning, installing,commnication and configuring. ♧Programming Softwares: ▪︎SIMATIC MANAGER ▪︎TIA PORTAL up to V16 ▪︎WINCC 2007,2008 sp2,3,5 ▪︎PROTOOL V6.5 ▪︎PROFACE ▪︎MICROWIN ▪︎LOGO SOFT
