Deputy Plant Manager

• Job Details:Act as the primary client representative, managing and coordinating the activities of the operation and maintenance (O&M) company under the plant's operational structure. Ensure optimal plant performance, overseeing daily operations, including energy production and efficiency monitoring to meet established targets. Collaborate with the O&M team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensure the timely resolution of technical issues, and manage spare parts inventory. Lead efforts in preventive and corrective maintenance planning to ensure the system's longevity and efficiency. Oversee safety protocols and compliance with regulatory and environmental standards, ensuring all work aligns with industry best practices. Manage contractor performance, negotiate agreements, and ensure contract compliance. Analyze plant performance data, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement strategies to improve output and reduce operational costs. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, operational updates, and performance reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and long-term sustainability of the plant.

Senior O&M Electrical Engineer

• Job Details:Provides leadership to the plant site operations and maintenance personnel for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of generating equipment under the general direction of the project manager. Ensure safe and reliable operation while operating the facility in compliance with all environmental and regulatory standards. Responsible for the direction and development of the plant staff and well-being of all employees. Safeguarding the site funds and property. Conduct O&M departmental meetings. Understands the scope of work, technical requirements, and commercial terms of the project contract for their area of responsibility. Supports the project site team in negotiations with major suppliers, subcontractors, licensors, consultants, and others. Provides accurate monthly forecasts of cost, schedule, and resource utilization. Demonstrates knowledge of the cost control tools and procedures. Demonstrates command of the schedule goals, key milestones, and approach to the work embodied in the schedule.

QC Electrical Engineer

• Job Details:Preparation of work procedures for different activities. Quality checking of site work and performing inspection of the project material/components & checking/inspection the site execution work. Monitoring that proper quality standards are maintained at sites. Compliance to applicable manufacturing codes and provides periodical analysis of project data (NCS - non-conformity, complaints and lesson learnt). Monitors adequate close out of NCS - non-conformity and events. Implementation of field quality assurance plans.
