• Job Details:Developed project procedures, safe systems of work including the appraisal of how these are implemented in the workplace and also manage the communication of these reviews in liaison with the packages to understand specific nature of tasks undertaken on site. Liaise with and provide advice to the well’s manager, drilling superintendents, drilling supervisors and contractors representatives with regards to HSE matters within the well operations on west Jupiter offshore Drillship Provided technical safety support through all maturation phases of drilling and completion projects as well as during mobilization processes of new rigs. Ensure effective levels of emergency readiness are established and tested on a regular basis on the Drilling Rigs. Conducted HSE-MS (HSE-Management Systems) Assessment of Contractor yards, pre-mobilization assessment of Contractor Lifting Management Systems including producing technical report and appraisal of how recommended actions are implemented Provided support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Facilitated and provided Technical guidance on Risk Assessment and Incident Investigation Processes Conducted Pre-qualification of Contractors & Vendors in-line with Company HSE requirement.
