• Job Details:Information Society Indicators - MCIT Egypt • Project Overview: The project aims at measuring the information society in Egypt through measuring the ICT usage and its impact on many areas and sectors like the health sector, the education sector, the government, the private sector, mobile data services…etc. The work scope includes building a data warehouse consolidating the inputs collected via the CAPMAS surveys for the above-mentioned areas, as well as building a flexible analysis and reporting tool that can serve the evolving reporting needs for the ICT indicators in an efficient way. In addition, this has to come through a friendly user interface. • Technologies Used: Microsoft SharePoint 2013, Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Excel Services, Microsoft SQL Server 2014 and its Analysis and Integration Services, Microsoft Power View for SharePoint 2013.

• Job Details:• Social Media Sensor (Sentiment Analysis Product)-MOI Kuwait Project Overview: The project aims at measuring the overall sentiment of the Kuwaiti society regarding some domains, debatable issues, subjects, and suggestions related to life in Kuwait. The developed tool, Social Media Sensor, searches the social media, Facebook and Twitter, using the defined search keywords and retrieves the posts matching the search criteria. Then, the sentiment engine analyzes the retrieved posts to generate the corresponding sentiment for each post. This helps getting categorized insights on who, where, when and what the people are saying about a specific issue or topic, and so allows spotting any negative feedback and threatening trends early.
