• Job Details:1. Ensure maximum level of fleet availability, with highest regard for safety to meet company demands, to include daily forecasting, scheduling, and directing of maintenance operation and staff. 2. Ensure all maintenance and repairs are performed in a cost effective manner. 3. Follow up External repairs and carry on quality inspection tasks. 4. Assisting in the development of the Fleet Services budget to include a review of past year expenses and income; adjusts and administers all Fleet Service purchases, including parts, tools, office supplies. 5. Implements and monitors a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance. 6. Assure and supervise the quality of data provided by his subordinates. 7. Implementing Maintenance strategies, protocols and assuring that the maintenance team is performing according to the ISO procedure. 8. Implement the reporting cycle stated in the maintenance strategy and protocol. 9. Implement the data collection cycle and follow up the department KPI's. 10. Feedback planning team with technical notes.
