• Job Details:-Develop (write, edit content, and plan publishing), and track marketing programs such as E-mail, social media, and SMS. -Monitor, analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of our social media channels and the competitors’. -Assist in planning and coordinating commercial events, and acquiring marketing materials and giveaways for customers, clients, and internal employees; while ensuring brand guidelines are met. -Collaborate with other internal teams and external agencies to develop and monitor marketing and communication initiatives, such as team building, yearly management meetings, customer sohour event, rebranding events, etc. -Assist in preparation and coordinating the process of an internal branding application creation and launch. -Assist in market research efforts to gain insights and get quality customer feedback.

Graduate Program traineeFull Time

• Job Details:I attended theoretical courses and site visits about the cement industry and production process in SCGC 3 plants. I took various external and internal courses in sales and marketing. I had on-job training and job-shadowing in marketing departments (Planning, Branding, and Market Intelligence) for practical implementation. I did some content creation assignments for social media, website, and helped plan an event and our final project was planning a full marketing campaign.
