Job Details:Supervise the remaining Installation of Ethane Cracker Unit. Supervise daily production activity of the welders in Heater - ECU area. It involves Piping, Structural Beam & Column, Steel Plate, and Plenum Ceiling &wall welding. Prepare daily progress report to the construction manager as summary production of all welding joints. Checked that the Welding activity of the welders is conform to the construction drawings. Checked that the Welding activity of the welders is conform to the WPS Procedure. Confirm that the job activity of the welders is conform to the specification of the project. Supervise during the erection of Piping material spools as per project specification. Checked that the erection materials(Piping spools) from the fabrication site if it is conform to the latest revision construction drawings. Confirm and recommend that the erection materials (Heater area) to be erected were approved as per project specifications. Attend the weekly meeting progress along the lead supervisors and managers. Prepare daily progress report of all erected spools. Confirm all piping spools that were already transfer to the pipe rack. Review the tender documents like Project Specifications and standard, P&ID drawings, Standard Drawings, material specification for the project, piping check list, desired requirement for piping handling and installations.

Job Details:Prepare some Field Change Request Drawings Issued for Constructions using AUTOCAD(PCMS – 2D Modeling). Prepare some Piping Isometric layout drawings using AUTOCAD (2D Modeling) for process lines in Sales Gas Plant. Prepare Piping Material Specifications the said layout drawings.
