Logistic Duties & Responsibilities:  Check on employee accommodation, transportation, food, access cards/permits, driving license, car authorization, etc. are supplied, active and adequate as per need.  Confirm arrival of newly joined employees or transferred employees are as per applicable procedures, i.e., transfer or addition has been updated on related HRMS systems.  Enforce the accommodation provided policy and make sure the accommodation documented occupancy is constantly updated to reflect actual occupancy.
