• Job Details:- Brainstorm, plan, and execute step-function sourcing growth of talent joining Crossover in Egypt. - Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns via social media and other means. - Partner with local recruiting agencies, academic institutions, local job boards, co-working locations and thought leaders to expand Crossover to the best and brightest talent. - Manage local regulatory concerns and local politics - Represent Crossover at local events and with local PR in Egypt. - Develop a community and culture of Crossover talent - from career coaching, training activities and job success.
