• Job Details:Manage construction packages at LOD 500, including developing 3D models, family creation, and detailed sheet preparation while adhering to the highest quality standards. Coordinate effectively with various disciplines (architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) to ensure the integration of the BIM execution plan (BEP) throughout all project phases. Prepare and monitor compliance sheets and RFIs, maintaining continuous coordination with the team leader to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines. Perform and analyze clash detection reports using Navisworks, taking necessary actions to resolve issues and achieve coordination across disciplines. Develop advanced families and tags with precise details to meet project requirements, including optimizing the technical performance of various systems. Contribute to the development of Dynamo scripts and TIDP (Technical Information Delivery Plan) to streamline workflows and improve task execution efficiency. Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and ensuring its application throughout all project phases in compliance with local standards and regulatory requirements.
