Sr. Electrical Site SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Read and interpret layouts for smooth execution of construction works specifically cable tray installation, correct location of lighting fixture and switches as per design. • Read and interpret schematics and single line diagrams. • Pulling of cables through trays, conduits and through holes of floors and walls. • Join and connect wires to lighting fixtures, switches and panel boards to complete the circuits. • Installation/erection of SWITCH GEARS, DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, TRANSFORMERS, BATTERY BANKS and BATTERY CHARGERS. • Install fire alarm equipments (Horn & smoke detectors) and connect electrical power to CCTV cameras and monitor in the control room. • Conduct trouble shooting activities, isolate faults, remove and replace defective lighting fixtures, switches and circuit breakers. • Conduct continuity test and insulation resistance test using test equipments to insure correct termination points, compatibility and safety of connected components. • Conduct ground resistance test for the grounding system of the entire plant. • Supervised in the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. • Assist in mill start up activities. • Prepare material take off for the cable trays, hangers and supports base on the design. • Coordinate material deliveries, quality issues and rectify the same. • Coordinate with other discipline for construction issues to avoid clashing and delays.

Electrical SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Notifies Electrical Construction Manager about site situations, accidents and incidents, progress, hold points and risks. • Co-ordinates with other discipline and sub-contractors for proper work interfacing minimizing work interference. • Plan and submit to Electrical Construction Manager requirements for manpower, tools and equipment. • Supervised for the installation/erection of DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, SWITCHGEAR PANELS, TRANSFORMERS, UPS, BATTERY BANKS and BATTERY CHARGERS. • Manages vendor specialist for Site Acceptance Tests activities of TRANSFORMERS, SWITCHGEARS, UPS and BATTERY CHARGERS. • Supervise construction and assist vendor specialist in the Site Acceptance Tests activities of fire alarm system. • Facilitate for the smooth and safe execution of HI-POT test for the HV cables. • Assist client and vendor specialist in the energization of the substation. • Implement Lock out/Tag out (LOTO) in a energized substation • Assist in the functional test and motor solo run test. • Prepare material take off for electrical and telecommunication works as per bill of materials (BOM). • Raised technical queries (TQ) to engineering for any discrepancy found in the field as per site condition. • Formulate a detailed spreadsheet using MS EXCEL for tracking purposes of all electrical activities. • Read and interpret all drawings/documents available namely typical drawings, equipment layouts, single line diagram, main cable route layout, connection list, cable and drum schedule and panel schedules and ensure installation as per specification and construction standards. • Gather information and expedite for schedule of deliveries of materials to ensure smooth construction activities.

Instrument SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Read and interpret typical drawings, P&ID and hook-up diagrams, instrument location layouts, cable route layouts and airline layouts and ensure installation as per specification and construction standards. • Install tubing for process lines and piping for air lines taking into considerations quality and safety. • Perform leak test activities for both process lines and air lines. • Simulation for cable pulling activities, review/study of cable schedules, drum schedules and MCT schedules. • Perform cable pulling activities for both primary and secondary cables. • Formulate a detailed spreadsheet using MS EXCEL reflecting all data’s needed in performing cable pulling activities. • Install instruments as per design and standard. • Supervised instrument construction works inside building such as installation/erection of panels, cable trays, supports and hangers, arrangement of cables under false floor and termination of cables inside cabinets. • Join and connect wires to instruments, junction boxes and cabinets inside control room. • Perform continuity test and insulation resistance test using test equipments for both primary and secondary cables. • Implement the locational arrangement of loop folder to expedite and save time in performing loop checking. • Prepare material take off for instrumentation works as per bill of materials (BOM). • Raised technical queries (TQ) to engineering for any discrepancy found in the field as per site condition. • Inform Engineering Team for any variations found in the design drawing compared to actual situation at site and give recommendations on how to rectify the same. • Participate in progress meetings, discussed choke points and give recommendations on dealing with it. • Used SMART plant 3D design in the detailed review of the layouts of process line, airline and cable tray routing to avoid clashing with piping. • Co-ordinates with other discipline and sub-contractors for proper work interfacing to minimise work interference. • Direct reporting to Instrument Construction Manager keeping him inform on all site matters. • Gather information for schedule of deliveries of materials and expedite the same.
