• Job Details:Able to control, lead and direct group of planning engineers in effective enforcement and administration of necessary data and information to help Field Operation Group (FOG) establish right planning strategies thru implementation of EPPM-resource loaded with cost schedule, risk identification, production of accurate reports, on time billing and effective contract administration. - To provide/guidance in Generation of Workable Schedule is accomplished in Level 3 to Level 5 for Prebid projects (Small, Medium & Large) and to make sure in line with the EPPM format. - To facilitate & check Resource Loading Capability (Manpower, Equipment and Cost) for pre-planning stage / baseline and ongoing projects in lined with the Company Planning manual & procedures. - To Consolidate Weekly/Monthly schedule update uploaded / Publish on the Master EPS on the EPPM server. Consolidate schedule health report for all the ongoing projects and give feedback comments to Field Operation Group (FOG) to address our findings. - Conduct site Planner assessment and gave refresher the know how about the full Primavera usage as necessary. - Provide Control audit, Schedule Analysis, Change / Claims Management knowledge to all Lead Planners and provide recommendation in attaining the project schedule on time and on budget. - Prepare Planning Control procedure for site Implementation in compliance with the Schedule Health Checklist requirements.
