- Job Details:• Manage the duration of the correspondences, submittals, transmittals, RFI, IR and MIR & review it to be submitted according to the contract protocol which settled to be executed by a main contract. • Handle the draft works needed (AutoCAD). • Manage the tasks needed for the project Manager during the week then make a monthly plan for the required work needed according to the activities. • Maintaining easy access flow charts that ensures the application of such processes. • Managing all office and project sites administration issues and staff according to the organization chart ensuring the application of the implemented process and procedures, create summary information, and update the system whenever necessary. • Assist the project manager in all administration issues, arranging all his contacts, meetings, prepare his correspondence, interface with his guests and act his absence in any non technical issues whenever required. • Preparing a monthly report with all tasks & summary for the works in the site justified with photos. • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls. • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. • Respond to public inquiries. • Very meet work under pressure, critical time & deadline • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. • Under the direction of the General Manager perform document control. • Perform other related duties as required.
