• Job Details:• Documenting financial transactions by entering account information • Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other financial reports • Recording general ledgers • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded • Overseeing and updating accounts payables and receivables • Issuing invoices • Assisting with reviewing of expenses, payroll records as assigned • Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed • Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
