• Job Details:1-solve daily issues for normal users (Internet, network share, printers, scanners, office application…). 2- Establish, build & maintain the company’s’ data networks (Computer Network, Telephone network, Security systems network (Access control, Surveillance systems…). 3-Install data network cables (computer, Telephone & Security networks). 4- Fix printer’s issues (laser, ink, ribbon, industrial, bar code, scanners copiers…). 5-Troubleshooting (data networks problems, printers, Windows, MAC, & Linux OS & applications…) 6- Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems. 7- Mange servers (win 8 server R2)

• Job Details:Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations and statements of work by Matching specific client business requirements with effective technical solutions. Educate prospects on product implementation and usage and answers their technical and security questions. Provide shoulder-to-shoulder knowledge transfer or training to implementation teams bringing the technology solutions Respond to customer requests for proposals, develop designs and bills of materials for cost-effective solutions
