• Job Details: Process B2B work orders for the EMEA region, including creating, scheduling, and releasing work orders.  Collaborate closely with logistics and internal teams to ensure timely execution of work orders.  Maintain a comprehensive database of resource skillsets, availability, schedules, and delivery restrictions, facilitating quick identification and fulfillment of resources.  Coordinate with clients and internal departments regularly to ensure their needs are met within service level agreements (SLAs).  Train and onboard new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to standard operating procedures.  Conduct daily meetings with concern parties to gather feedback and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
