- Job Details:Handling day to day operations including the complete settlement cycle of executed trades in different markets ( GDR's, US ) in addition to handling the complete cycle of issuance and cancellation(converting local stocks into GDR's and vice versa). ♦ Reviewing daily stock balances of the clients and preparing necessary reports such as foreign desk print. ♦ Operating the SWIFT alliance system (to input the instructions of the trades) ♦ Reviewing daily reports of related custodians including pending reports, statement of holding reports and statement of cash balances. ♦ Working with BIMSI application (Brokerage Information Management system). ♦ Preparing Trade confirmation sheets the international clients in Qatar, and Egypt Stock Market. ♦ Following up with NSGB, HSBC, and CITIBANK (custodians of the international clients in order to make sure the settlement process goes smoothly in the local market). ♦ Preparing Monthly Turnover Reports, Monthly Inventory, and Quarterly Inventory. ♦ Constructing Work Guide Manuals. ♦ Auditing Received clients’ orders.
